Bjarni's experimental kitchen
Cooking & cleanup time: about 30 minutes.
Dish washing impact: 1 knife, cutting board, 1 pot, 1 pan, 2 lids, 1 plate, cutlery and a wine glass.
- 1 chicken breast
- 3 sticks of celery
- Half an onion
- A spoon of peanut butter
- A spoon of madras curry paste
Method: Chop everything and fry slowly in a generous amount olive oil. Serve with potatoes (use excess oil as garnish), fresh vegetables and red wine.
Verdict: Needed more oil to garnish the potatoes properly, but OMG that tasted good. Will cook again!
