03/11/1999: Version 0.1.2 released

            Added rudamentary support for packages using the X11 build
            system (xmkmf & Imakefiles) instead of GNU configure.
            
            Made the RPM builder mark all files dropped in an etc/
            directory as configuration files.

            Fixed rather severe bug where 0.1.1 wouldn't properly pass
			arguements to the exec'ed process when going superuser.

28/10/1999: Version 0.1.1 released

            Added mkinstalldirs functionality.

            Made much more configurable, should now be able to build much
            more software if given the right arguements.

            Tested against more packages, fixed bugs.  Minor tweaks.

            Changed home directory installation so it reflects exactly the
            tree that would have been installed if run as root.  This is
            less conveniant for the user, but gives him a better idea what
            the software would look like if installed globally.

            Switched to linux-style version numbering.  At the moment all
            we have is an unstable branch development.
