	Updated for RedHat 6.2 and the Anaconda installer.  Might
	also work with RedHat 7.0.

	+ Fixed typo in Jussi's email address	
	+ Misc. other minor fixes to README file.
	+ Modified update-cat to ignore the "boot.cat" file.
	+ Modified mkcd to put the boot catalog in the CD's root directory,
	  as RedHat did for their 6.0 release.  Maybe they had a good 
	  reason!
