In short, nothing really interesting has happened. The real estate agency has continued to make inept, half-witted attempts to pull this together and I actually have my doubts about the legality of the last offer they helped the seller put together. And even if it is legal - that doesn't make it suck any less.

We are this close to just walking away. We'll wrap this up by Monday, one way or another.
