Found a link on slashdot to an excellent article about why and how "shrinkwrap" licenses are evil. It's very creepy that a proposed law (U-something) in the U.S. might actually make those monsters legally binding. Makes me kinda glad I don't live there, and kinda ashamed of my U.S. citizenship. That article is a must read.
