Always on the lookout for better databases, but I'm assuming we are approaching them from opposite directions, with me very interested in maintaining 3NF designs and then ETL them to Data Warehouse structures for web display. What is your angle?

A startup? Neat! I've always found CouchDB intriguing. I like its 'incremental mapreduce' method of building indexes/materialized views. Every time, though, I find myself wanting to rewrite it myself just _slightly_ differently.
