Yeah, that's part of what I meant by "poorly". He executed his own idea poorly: he wussed out and didn't even take the "sculpture" out if his backpack, he just left the backpack with the "this is not a bomb" note on it. Not to mention the fact that the idea wasn't very good/original/interesting in the first place.

But yeah. There are idiots everywhere.
